Their Problem
The clinic was looking for a marketing partner capable of crafting advertising content that resonated strongly with their service area, predominantly the LGBTQ+ community. Their goal was to educate about the importance of using PEP and PrEP through an integrated digital marketing campaign and a dedicated website while also aiming to increase awareness and accessibility to vital healthcare services.
Driving Impact: Unveiling Campaign Success!
We created a logo and branding manual, as well as a landing page to collect patient information. We applied a multichannel marketing strategy by implementing a live chat agent on the landing page, along with a call center agent to verify patient information and schedule appointments for them at the clinic. This facilitated the delivery of PEP or PrEP pills in their selected service area.
Our social media insights revealed significant monthly growth across all KPIs. Each month, we educated users about stopping the stigma. Through ads on social media and dating apps, we reached 85% of the service area, achieving a 12% click-through rate. With these campaign results, we helped the clinic enroll new patients each month.
